Matrox
is pleased to announce that Service Pack 1 for Matrox Axio.utils version
2.5 is now live on the public website. This service pack resolves some
capture problems and improves MXF compatibility:

Changing
tapes in your source device while the Capture
panel is open on Axio HD when using an external genlock source
no longer causes loss of the video input. (Ref# 43085).

The
issue with dropped frames occurring during capture on some Axio
LE systems when an AES/EBU input is not connected to the
X.linkLE breakout box has been resolved. (Ref# 43514)

|
Compatibility
issues with loading exported .mxf files into Apple Final Cut Pro
have been resolved. (Ref# 42753)
|
|
·
|
When
exporting a series of Panasonic P2 .mxf files, there is no
longer an issue with the files not being supported properly in
the P2 Viewer. (Ref# 43027)

·
|
Clips
on a CitiDISK drive now play back correctly (without corrupted
video). (Ref# 43407)
